Processing and shipping policy
All orders are subject to verification.
Orders will be processed within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of full payment.
Shipping time will be between 2 and 7 working days, depending on your physical address. The total waiting time after placing your order will be between 4 and 12 working days. Shipping time and cost vary according to the location and product ordered.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery.
If you are paying by cashier's check or money order, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the funds to clear.
If you live locally and would like to arrange a visit to our showroom, we offer a Walk In option. The furniture is stored in a warehouse with the showroom next door. Contact us at 1-954-347-2570 to arrange a visit and order pick-up.
The free shipping offer is valid for standard ground shipping only for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

For orders shipped outside the USA, Pontual will charge shipping costs to ship the product from our facilities. Customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees due at the time of import. These fees cannot be calculated by Pontual. Returns will not be accepted if the customer refuses these charges.
Rush shipping policy
We offer priority handling and delivery for most items upon request. In order for most rush orders to ship the same day, the order must be placed before 12pm PST, but please contact us to place the order and ensure that it ships on time.
Rush shipping fees, express shipping costs, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Customers will be responsible for any extra fees such as scheduling the time and day of delivery.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Once the order has been accepted into the fulfilment centers, orders cannot be cancelled or revised. Delivery addresses cannot be updated beyond check out.
Return and Warranty Shipment Policy
We offer a 30-month warranty for the carbon steel structure and 1 year for the Memory Foam viscoelastic upholstery covered with seamless marine fabric. After the warranty period, lifetime support.
For any product such as stools, armrests and trolleys, we offer a 12-month warranty for the entire structure and upholstery, with the exception of poor care, negligence, misuse, cuts or tears.
- We provide a 100% money back guarantee on any products that are found to be DOA (dead on arrival).
- Shipping damages must be reported upon receipt of the package. Defective items or missing parts must be reported to us within 5 days of purchase or delivery. Returns and exchange will not be accepted for any other reason.
- When requesting a return or exchange, we may ask you to send us a picture of the defective product, and we will always require that you provide proof of purchase in the form of your receipt.
- This warranty excludes damage caused by improper setup, neglect, or normal wear and tears or crystal cover
- The warranty is voided by non-factory modifications and repairs by unauthorized personnel.
- Shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of packages.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for the return shipment.
